Visit the dog-friendly Hacklebarney State Park in Long Valley, NJ. The centerpiece of this secluded park is the gushing river that works its way through the towering trees and glacial valley. There are a number of hiking trails and picnic areas along the shoreline for you to enjoy together. You and your pooch may run into a deer or even a bear, so make sure you keep Fido on a leash for the duration of their visit.     Great park

    Our Shiba loved the park and its different trails. very scenic,with varried terrain,plenty of picnic tables. would definitely come back!
