Hacklebarney State Park
Visit the dog-friendly Hacklebarney State Park in Long Valley, NJ. The centerpiece of this secluded park is the gushing river that works its way through the towering trees and glacial valley. There are a number of hiking trails and picnic areas along the shoreline for you to enjoy together. You and your pooch may run into a deer or even a bear, so make sure you keep Fido on a leash for the duration of their visit. To preserve the cleanliness of the water and the surrounding area, please clean up any mess that your pooch leaves behind.
