  Very pet friendly

  We stopped by the gift shop so many times that Maverick knew where the treats were stored. By the day we rented the pontoon boat, he was "old friends" with several of the employees. We rented a pontoon boat for a full day on the bay. Of course, Maverick was welcome to go. He enjoyed watching the birds, especially watching pelicans fishing.

  SO FRIENDLY AND SO SWEET TO OUR PUP

  My husband went up to the souvenir shop to rent the kayaks while I stayed with our pup and they insisted that she come up and visit them! They have her a free treat and everyone went out of their way to make our experience perfect! When we got back they even treated us with free beverages! We will definitely be coming back!

  Kayaking with my dog

  I rented a kayak so that my dog and I could go kayaking in Tarpon Bay and Commodore Creek. Dogs are not allowed on the kayaking tours but they are allowed on individual kayak rentals. You need to go upstairs to the souvenir shop to complete the rental. I was not sure that my dog would be allowed inside, but took him in with me anyway. I was surprised to find they had dog treats behind the counter - the staff was super friendly and interacted with my pup. We had a great kayaking trip. Definitely recommend!
