56 Brewing is a pet-friendly microbrewery and taproom in northeast Minneapolis, MN, made up of a collaborative group of beer enthusiasts who value the city, the community, the people and the establishments as a place to work, live, bike, connect, play, grow and have fun. Dogs are welcome to join in the fun, too. They can hang out inside and on the patio. The brewers also strive to use only locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
