  Save Yourself and Your Dog

  I'm through bringing my dog to this park solely based on the mean dogs and rude people. The last time I was here, 10/13/2022, two dogs were fighting each other and one of them runs right into my dog and starts barking at her. As I was leaving I noticed there was blood on my dog's fur, so I immediately start checking to see if she was injured. Thank god she wasn't, but I told the woman who owns the dog who was barking at mine that I saw blood on her dog's fur as well. She turns around and tells me, 'I just let my dog play.' Her dog was in fact not playing, but instead was fighting with another dog and probably would have started fighting with mine if I wouldn't have left. This is by far the worst dog park I've ever been to. I'm not upset about the size as it's perfect for our Mini Goldendoodle. However, what upsets me is the people that allow their dogs to fight each other, bark at each other, jump on others, etc. If your dog is mean and not socialized with humans or other dogs, this park would be good for you. If you're just looking for a nice park to bring your dog to play, I would suggest Rice Creek or Bunker Hills instead.

  Great Park With Trails

  This park was really clean and seemed well kept and secure. It had a good size open dirt area for dogs to run around(probably not a great place after it has rained though). It also has some trails to walk through with picnic tables throughout. Over all a great dog park, only wish it was a little bigger with even more trails!
