Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site is pet-friendly. Showcasing an early American industrial landscape from natural resource extraction to enlightened conservation, the park's 848 acres and historic structures illustrate the business, technology and lifestyle of the past. Dogs are welcome to join their owners on the pet-friendly trails around the historic buildings. Hopewell Furnace is open year round Wednesday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm.     Great historic site

    Spent time exploring the furnace and learned about what it was like in the 1700's to produce iron. Large area to walk with your dog. Pet friendly water fountain provided near the visitors center.
