    White Bear Dog Beach is pet-friendly. The sandy beach and shallow water make it ideal for fetching. There's a separate area for the beach, as long as they do not cross into the public area. Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times and have visible dog tags. Clean up any mess left behind by dogs, and minimize barking.       Great place to bring your dog
