Our dogs (12lb dachshund mix & 65lb plott hound) both Love this park! There are 3 designated sections for size specific dogs (small, medium & large) with a larger open space on the hill for all sizes. All areas are well shaded with plenty of room to fun and fun environments to sniff. The only downside is that when it rains, the large dog area floods because it is lower but you can escape that up above!

This was a great place for our dogs to run freely and socialize. There were several other dogs there and their owners kept a good eye on them to make sure all the pups got along. There are a few different areas in the park and it wasn’t clear which one to use, but otherwise it was great! There was plenty of shade to keep them (and us) from getting overheated. We ended up going to the area with similar sized dogs and it worked out well.

would recommend this park to anyone traveling to Walton County. this park is east to get to, concern isn’t off 98, and spacious. The park is used by a lot of local folks and is kept up nicely. lots of nice dogs frequent this park. please remember to pick up after your dog so visitors don’t step in your dogs poop.

Park has separate areas for small, medium, and large dogs plus a beautiful large area on a hill with many pine trees. An area is provided for rinsing/washing Fido up afterwards if needed (we just did a quick paw wash).

seems like no one takes the time to clean this place up.

spacious and well designed. Just in the area for the Labor Day weekend, our dogs really enjoyed it.
- JulietMore than a year agobring fido map not quite right
Please go to website to get the correct directions. The park is a great treat while traveling with our golden. She enjoyed the nice facilities and dogs. We stayed in small dog area (with other large dogs) because the large dog area was very muddy.
- JulieMore than a year agonice to have, but...
We have been twice to this park recently (May 14) and it's a nice outdoor space at least for out small dogs. It is a lot of sand and not much grass, but works to get a bit of energy out. However, the large dog side it NOT taken care of so all the dogs go on the small dog side. This hasn't been an issue since the owners of large dogs will wait until the small dogs leave. It really just needs to be mowed so the pups can enjoy it. Also the doors to get in and out are made of wood and the latches don't catch. Just beware that bigger pups can push their way out.
