A Work In Progress
Stopped by the park while traveling through for Christmas. Park looks fairly new and has a large big dog area. Very nice fencing and water stations. However not much thought was put into the location, because there are serious drainage problems. It is next to the fire station which I guess where all the drainage issues are coming from. It had not rained in several days and the ground was very muddy and had standing water in places. Looks like they are working on the drainage but adding dry creek beds with large rock is a bad way to try to fix it. The rock is now a hazard within the large dog area, creating an area that would be easy for a dog to hurt their leg. The park also only has one bag and waste station for each side.
