  Great to visit again. The security guard has bee re- trained.

  After harassing several dog owners and their complaints, the security guard seemed to have been retrained and visitors with dogs can enjoy this wonderful facility again. The Falls' code of conduct only allows service animals, but all dogs were always welcome and even water is offered at some stores. Most, if not all stores, allow dogs inside. Be aware: there are some cats that live in the falls, so if you have a dog that loves to chase them you might want to hold the leash a little tighter.
  Overall a great place to visit! We love to go there on rainy days as the whole walking area is covered, and the stores are great, just right to find the one or other treasure.

  Harassed by Security

  I came to The Falls today as I have been for over a year with my dogs. I came in a stroller and a security guard approached me and told me rudely dogs are not allowed unless they are service. I told her that I have been going every week for over a year without issues and she said her manager told het that day only service animals. I shlepped back into my car and researched the mall's dog policy so I decided to call security there and ask. Sure enough you can come with a stroller or dog in arms they told me. I went back and I was followed by the security who originally told me NO. She was with another security who must of told her I was OK since with a stroller. It was annoying, rude, ruined my day there. I saw 5 people with dogs on their leashes walking around, no stroller or dog in arms. I am going to complain tomorrow - this is unacceptable to have someone like that not know the rules and be discriminated as I was.

  Quiet and Open Air

  I don't know how it used to be but this is our go to mall! it is outdoors and the pet friendly places usually have a sign outside but I've just asked some without the signs and they usually are also pet friendly! it's also usually not that busy which us great since I have some very nervous chihuahuas! absolutely love this place!
