Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Park Pet Garden is a pet-friendly recreation area in Hong Kong. This small park has plenty of waterfront paved area to walk, a grassy turfed area for off-leash fun and water fountains for pups. People can sit under the gazebo and watch the boats go by on the water and the dogs run by in the park. There are bathrooms and a vending machine, too.
