    Villager Resident Only Park

The picture shown IS NOT Brinson Perry!!! Brinson is a very small residence only park. The pic is of Doggie Do Run park located on CR 101 in Oxford FL.

    Have to be a resident!

Unfortunately, I made a trip up there and was told that only residentsb of the Villages are allowed to use these facilities.

    Nice place BUT!!!!

Nice areas for my 2 GSPs to run . But the the local village residents are rude to people. Their dogs need to be trained . Avoid early hours and avoid the hassles of ankle biters and rude manners

    BEWARE

Agree with the previous review that the facility is very nice and well maintained. Also agree that some in the old click are mean spirited which is also reflected in there dog. We have two black labs and remained so for almost a year until one of our dogs was bitten in an unprovoked attack for a second time. Owner claim aggressive dogs will not be permitted. They were present during the first attack and fully aware it was unprovoked but took no effective action. Second attack and we were gone. Have been to dozens of dog parks up over the years and never had incidents like at Doggie Do Run. Beware!

    Get your exercise on

The park is a great place to get both doggie and owner exercise. Large fields for walking and romping and several areas for all sizes of dogs. Last year they even put in an enclosed doggie swim pool. I agree with a previous post that my only complaint would be that the "local click" of regulars are not very welcoming and quite rude to newbies . To combat that I choose to not go in the 9-10 am range to avoid that. Otherwise what a great place!

    Retired

I have visited several dog parks and find this one the best. Very friendly people my dog really enjoyed the run and other dogs. Very good costs! Will visit again!

    facilty is nice but..

We have been bringing our Sheppard for almost a year on a "daily" basis. You can choose to be a member or pay daily. The facility is great with big fields, water area and you don't have to pick up after your dog...the only problem I see is not with the place but the "members". Many of them are retirees that sit around daily and are very unfriendly to "newbies" and rude to us and our dogs. It is not the managements problem but it does make the trip there uncomfortable at times.
