One of my favorite activities in Gatlinburg. A single trip for the day cost about $75 for 2 people but they allowed our pet with no problem. They take 2 pictures, one before the lift and one while you’re on the lift. I would definitely bring your own water for pet as it can be really hot. They do have plenty of shaded tables and misting fans once up top. There’s also a gift shop and small restaurant. My pup loved the bridge itself, he was practically trying to run across the bridge.

We weren't sure if we wanted to spend the money to go here after experiencing such beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains in the national park, but we were so glad we did! Views were outstanding, and we enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs enjoying the scenery. Our pup loved it, too!

Everyone was very friendly. they took our photo 3 times because one my husband blinked and the second our dog turned his head. they got his attention and the 3rd one was perfect. Beautiful place and great staff. one of my new favorite spots.

We took the advise here on BringFido and explored the Sky Park. Nash got the VIP treatment and made it across the bridge and back. The glass part in the middle was not his favorite. He seemed to enjoy the chair lift more on the way down and "enjoy" might be a stretch, but he is a good sport and loved all of the attention. This was in November and not at all hot. Probably not a good thing when it is warm.

The staff were super friendly and helpful when accommodating our dog. One bit of advise before departing the swing check to make sure their paws aren't stuck. One of our dogs paw was stuck in the slats but she didn't get injured.

We were hesitant at first, but we are SO glad we took our dogs (30lb and 60lb) on the SkiLift! Everyone was super kind it was a great experience!
- AshleyJun. 14, 2022Brave dogs only!
This was a great experience. Recommend to come at night especially if it’s hot. Both my 25lb dogs made it on and off the ski lift easily and on to the bridge. Only one got across and back the other one got too nervous with the swaying approaching the mid-point.

I'm afraid of heights. So this was a confidence booster. My dog did great on the ski lift. And better than me on the bridge. We both had some trouble with the part of the bridge with a glass bottom floor. It's definitely worth doing. The staff were all very very nice. But I would not recommend bringing a dog who isn't confident with you, because the ski lift didn't have anything to keep a dog from getting out. Just be cautious.
- JodiMay. 14, 2022Pretty great service with pets
They slowed down the lift for us to get on and off. they took our picture at the bottom and at the top. Liam absolutely loved all the attention and lovins he got yesterday!
- EmilyOct. 31, 2021We LOVED the Sky Lift!
The staff is AMAZING! The gentleman taking pictures got Melody to look his way for a photo! The staff at the loading and unloading areas slowed the lift down to make sure we got on/off safely! The staff was super friendly and checked in on Melody after her trip across the SkyBridge. They are sooo accommodating and the facility is the perfection of dog friendly. We will be stopping here for every trip!
- JoeOct. 24, 2021Perfect day with pups
We took 2 pups up on lift and crossed the bridge. We had to take separate lifts for safety reasons but they slowed the chairs so we could get on and off easily. My wife had our 40 lb mix and I had our 73 lb wooly Siberian husky. they had a ball and the people loved to see them
- LisaJul. 24, 2021Great Time
Everyone was super friendly and accommodated us with our yorkipoo.
- GinaNov. 15, 2020Great Expierence
Mattie loved going. Fairly long line to ride the ski lift up. The employees were great about giving us a bit more time to enter an exit even tho the lift dose not stop. Theres a bar gate that drops over you an the lift has open slats like a older style park bench so be advised if you have a squirreley dog once you start your stuck. Mattie was perfect tho. Shes a 48lb Australian Cattle Dog so I held her to sit/get on then I sat her butt between us an left her legs on my lap holding her collar. Getting off I let her jump off then I stepped off an moved to the right fast. It was great! Id do it again!

My 13.5 pound schnoodle enjoyed it. He wasn’t scared at all on the lift. Walked across the bridge as well.

Gatlinburg Skylift Park was a great experience for Chewie and his parents.
The workers were extremely friendly and accommodating. Chewie was able to ride up the mountain on the Skylift while sitting on my lap. He was not fearful and enjoyed the experience. Once at the top, he was able to walk across the Skybridge while leashed. He had no qualms going across the window bottom portion of the bridge. We had a very enjoyable day.
