Cypress Swamp Trail
Bring Fido on a walk across the boardwalk on the popular and dog-friendly Cypress Swamp Trail. The pathway leads you through the swamp at milepost 122 on the Natchez Trace Parkway in Canton, MS. The best time of year to visit is during fall when the trees turn various stunning colors. Leashed dogs are welcome to join you on the boardwalk as long as they are well-behaved and cleaned up after.
