Police giving tickets for DOGS
Today I recieved a citation from an Off Duty Atlanta Police Partrol car.. inside the locked gates for Dog off Leash..althought my dog was on an electronic leash...This seems to be an unfriendly neighborhood...shouldn't they be more concerned about the homeless people in the park urinating !!!
