Piedmont Park Dog Park Piedmont Park Dog Park is an off-leash park in the downtown area of Atlanta, Georgia. Dogs must be leashed when entering or exiting the off-leash area of the park. Owners must clean up after their pets. No more than 3 dogs per person are permitted in the park. There is a specific area designated for small dogs under 30 pounds. No puppies under 16 weeks old are permitted in the off-leash portion of the park. The park has benches available for owners to sit while their dogs play. See Details

Renaissance Park Dog Park Renaissance Park Dog Park is open from 6am to 11pm year round. It is located in the Fourth Ward West neighborhood of the Old Fourth Ward in Atlanta, GA. Officially opened in December 2013, it is the first off-leash dog park in this community. Located along Piedmont Ave. & Renaissance Pkwy., it has both large and small dog areas with shade trees, benches, water fountains (open from March to November) and amazing views of the Downtown and Midtown skyline. Railside Dog Park at Castleberry Hill In 2010 the CHNA raised funds to start the only Downtown Atlanta off-leash dog park, thanks in large part to the 2-acre parcel donation by land owner Jerry Miller. Recent additions, such as benches are thanks to Besharat Gallery. The park combines our creative talents — from diversion of water from the roof of a nearby building (no future H2O bills) to wood chips donated by Georgia Power and provision for ornamental fencing as a gateway, designed by Castleberry Hill artists. Trolley Line Trail The Trolley Line Trail is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk Fido in Atlanta! The map below shows a parking area with convenient access to the Trolley Line Trail. Fetch Park Fetch Park is Atlanta's first full-service restaurant and dog park bar. This extremely dog-friendly business venture is located minutes from the belt line in Atlanta's historic Old Fourth Ward. As well as the Ice House Restaurant which will arrive in 2019, you'll find the Fetch Park, home to on-site attendants, lights, cooling stations, dog wash stations, as well as outdoor TV's and WiFi! The park also features a 1976 Airstream converted into a full-service bar serving craft draft cocktails, beer, and wine. Fido will require a day pass or a membership to use the facilities. The dog park itself offers visitors a turfed area that allows Fido to run and play. The Fetch Park is open Monday through Wednesday from 7:30am to 9:00pm, Thursday from 7:30am-11:00pm, Friday from 7:30am to 11:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00am. See Details
East Palisades, Whitewater Creek Trail One of the East Palisades Trails, Whitewater Creek Trail is dog-friendly! Leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners on this hike along the Chattahoochee River. Owners and their dogs can wade in the water; however, they should be cautious as the water can rise and speed up quickly. Whitewater Creek Trail is open daily from dawn until dusk.
