Stay to the right
As you come up to the beach you will see the main sign that says “no dogs allowed”, but if you look to the right there’s a wooden bridge that you cross to go to the dog portion.
There’s not a lot of parking or shade, but there’s plenty of room for you to spread out from others and play with your dog if you desire. The water isn’t that deep in many places (1-2 feet), so if your dog is just learning to swim then this is the place for you.
