All fenced in, right next to a baseball field with plenty of parking. Water fountain inside gate is on during summer (also the bathroom at the baseball field has a water jug filler so that's easier when its open. Jugs are there for users to fill up/refill their own bowls or the two that stay there. BYOW during winter as the water is shut off. There are some shaded/covered areas for dogs and humans to get relief from the sun as well as some benches and tables. Make sure to bring dog bags as sometimes they do run out.

    love it

We used to live right next to this dog park and my puppy absolutely loved it! We went almost every night. There is a waters picket and water bowls. There is a separate area for small dogs and larger dogs. Picnic tables, shaded areas, and everyone is very friendly! There are a few regulars whose dogs can be kind of aggressive so be make sure your dog is comfortable!

    Remodeled

This park is so much better now that they enlarged it. Plenty of space for dog owners to sit, toys, water bowls and bags now. We take our dog here every week now. There is a good group of regulars that meet there as well.

    Has potential

This dog park was donated to the city specifically with a dog park in mind. The challenge is that the city isn't responsible for the care and relies on its pet owners and donations for upkeep. I have seen first hand the improvements, It used to be a field with a fence. It now has a dog fountain, picnic tables and benches, (and some trees). It's a struggle with the upkeep is our responsibility. When I am there, I donate my time while my dog runs and plays to pick up the droppings of other pets for owners that do not. If we all pick up after our pets then this would be a better Park for all.

    Needs work

I used to come to this dog park a lot, however not so much anymore as DOG OWNERS do not careto pick up after their dogs, OWNERS allow their small children to run all over the place riding bikes and scooters in the dirt. Would be such a better park if it had MORE REPSONSIBLE PETOWNERS! If you want a better park pick up after your dogs and watch your kids.

Happy tails sux. City asleep at the wheel

The facilities at this park are very run down. No grass, dog feces everywhere and the few trees (12 ft tall at most) are dead from chain/leader cutting the bark through. The fence is 4 ft high and no seperate areas for lg/sm dogs. No city supervision whatsoever. Yes there are picnic tables and water, the fountain doesnt work right, and a good supply of bags for the doggy "stuff" but it appears that nobody uses them.
