    Would not recommend

We live next to this park and every time we have came it was nice . Today i brought my dog and everything was fine until a brown pitbull came. My dog was minding his own business playing with the other dogs when this pit came out of no where and attacked my dog. I over heard the ladies say oh maybe we shouldn’t have brought him. This pit attacked my dog twice. And those ladies did nothing! I took my dog back to my car while they stayed there and I watched that same dog attacked another dog.

Okay off-leash park with aggressive dogs

I had really high hopes for this park having just moved into the area. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for me and my eight month old Aussiedoodle. good size fenced in park. All dirt so all mud in the winter. benches and a small dog course but dog poop is left everywhere by neglectful owners. Also had an issue with a lot of aggressive dogs. Territorial dogs and some just I’ll mannered. tried the park 4 times.

    love it

We used to live right next to this dog park and my puppy absolutely loved it! We went almost every night. There is a waters picket and water bowls. There is a separate area for small dogs and larger dogs. Picnic tables, shaded areas, and everyone is very friendly! There are a few regulars whose dogs can be kind of aggressive so be make sure your dog is comfortable!

    Remodeled

This park is so much better now that they enlarged it. Plenty of space for dog owners to sit, toys, water bowls and bags now. We take our dog here every week now. There is a good group of regulars that meet there as well.

    Has potential

This dog park was donated to the city specifically with a dog park in mind. The challenge is that the city isn't responsible for the care and relies on its pet owners and donations for upkeep. I have seen first hand the improvements, It used to be a field with a fence. It now has a dog fountain, picnic tables and benches, (and some trees). It's a struggle with the upkeep is our responsibility. When I am there, I donate my time while my dog runs and plays to pick up the droppings of other pets for owners that do not. If we all pick up after our pets then this would be a better Park for all.

    Needs work

I used to come to this dog park a lot, however not so much anymore as DOG OWNERS do not careto pick up after their dogs, OWNERS allow their small children to run all over the place riding bikes and scooters in the dirt. Would be such a better park if it had MORE REPSONSIBLE PETOWNERS! If you want a better park pick up after your dogs and watch your kids.

Happy tails sux. City asleep at the wheel

The facilities at this park are very run down. No grass, dog feces everywhere and the few trees (12 ft tall at most) are dead from chain/leader cutting the bark through. The fence is 4 ft high and no seperate areas for lg/sm dogs. No city supervision whatsoever. Yes there are picnic tables and water, the fountain doesnt work right, and a good supply of bags for the doggy "stuff" but it appears that nobody uses them.
