This dog park is in a beautiful location surrounded by a mini forest of tall trees and many other trees shading the entire enclosure. It’s a large fenced in area with seating for humans and the usual amenities. Even the small dog area is huge. The are other possibilities for fun and recreation in Burns Park with an abundance of picnic tables, basketball court, and various fields.

We are from Kansas, here for my husband’s job. We brought our 2 dogs with us. One is a 7 mo old lab, and the other is a 3 year old mini Aussie. They both have TONS of energy. We’re staying in a VRBO that doesn’t have a yard. We have brought them here everyday. They love the space. It’s nice & shaded. Great place to play fetch!

Perfectly fine dog park in forest setting. No grass. Read in other reviews that large so we were disappointed. Just passing through so maybe in this area this is considered large, both at the west and east coast though the dog parks are usually considerably larger. Great stop during a road trip though, especially with the daily cleaned bathrooms just outside the gates.

This shady dog park is a great place to bring your dog to play off-leash on a sunny day. The park is divided into two sections, both are large. There's water for dogs, waste stations and a human bathroom just beyond the gates.

I mean, it’s a fenced in area for a dog to run around or pee or whatever, but it’s not exciting. Random fire hydrant, some water pools, a big rock, random tennis balls, and some benches and a picnic table. Poop bags and a trash can are provided and there’s a water source but it’s just…boring. Burns Park is an awesome park so I really expected better.

The Burns dog park was fabulous! Three areas as mentioned, plenty of poo stations and benches. Bully breed ban :( bring wipes or towels as it was muddy in spots.

This is a very nice dog park but unfortunately my dog and I can't go there because they have rules against his breed in north little rock :(

Nice open park with three areas broken up by dog sizes. A little off when you have a dog in two different sizes but we came in the middle of the day when no one is around so not a big deal. Lots of trees, benches, water and a walking trail if you decide to go for a walk. My dogs thoroughly enjoyed Burns Park

Really nice dog park, lots of grass and trees. There are three equal-sized areas (about 1 acre each) fenced off. One is marked for 20-50 lb dogs but there were bigger dogs in that area while we were there. We were there around 5:30pm on a weekday and it wasn't very busy, maybe 7 or 8 dogs total in the park. One of the locals said there are usually more dogs there and it is busiest in the morning between 6 and 8 and then in the evening from 6pm to sunset. Unfortunately some of the wading pools had been stolen from the park, but there were still some containers for water and hoses in each of the areas. A very nice park, we look forward to visiting again!
