  The Perfect Adventure!

  We had a wonderful experience with Cruise Cape Fear! Everything exceeded my expectations, from a home made “snackle” box to extra blankets when the temperature started to drop. Christian was very knowledgeable about the area and the tour was a great way to see the downtown riverfront as well as the beautiful marshes. My puppy had so much fun being included on the trip with us! I’ve done a few river tours in Wilmington and this was by far the best. A must do when you’re in the area!

  Great experience!

  I booked a cruise for my husband's birthday and we absolutely loved it! The ride was peaceful and the charcuterie/cheese board Christian prepared for us was super nice. We are from Wilmington and loved to see our town from another angle and discovering all the beautiful spots within the marshes. Our shorkie was very welcomed and the Captain did not mind him at all when he got curious and went around the boat sniffling at everything. An absolutely great experience, well done Cape Fear Cruise!

  Beautiful day for a cruise

  Private River Cruise

  Went on an Dog Friendly evening cruise in Wilmington, NC with Cruise Cape Fear Boat Tours
  Piper didn’t miss a moment and Maisy slept the whole time.

  Evening Cruise with the Dogs

  We were concerned about keeping our reservation with Hurricane Ian looming in the open waters. But the Captain kept us informed and updated us prior to our cruise. Turned out to be a very nice evening, a little chilly, but worth the trip. The dogs seemed to enjoy the smells and sights. All but one dog, she thought the ride was so relaxing, she practically slept the whole time. While our other dog didn’t want to miss a thing! So glad we got to still go on the cruise.! That the weather cooperated and the waters were calm. Be sure to check them out if near Wilmington, NC. We stayed at Carolina Beach and it didn’t seem to take long to get there.

  Sunset cruise was the Highlight of our trip!

  This was easily our family’s favorite part of our trip! Christian was so kind, helpful, and gave us 5 star service! Not only was our dog allowed to come but she was greeted with a bowl of water and a dog treat! She was also allowed to make her rounds exploring the whole boat throughout the entire trip! She had a blast and it brought us so much joy watching her experience this cruise! There is no better way to see the city than taking a boat ride with with Cape Fear River Tours!

  So accommodating!

  They are so dog friendly and have water and treats on board! The tour is so smooth and the dog was at ease the entire trip. There's water, treats, and shade on board that our pup utilized.

  Awesome hosts, super accommodating!

  Had the best experience dealing with Erica and Christian. I called exceptionally last minute and they arranged a tour for my family in 2 hours. Our adventure with Captain Warren was awesome! He was super personable and funny and my mom’s pup, Orly, adored him (and the many treats he received). Will definitely call again next time I am in Wilmington.

  Relaxing & memorable experience!

  My husband and I absolutely adored this tour. Captain Bob is so knowledgeable and provided historic insight into the area. We saw several bird species and fishes flopping above the water for a splash. Our beagle loved this excursion. It was perfect for him and he got to smell all the smells and almost fell asleep on our laps. It was very personable and an intimate way to see the sunset on the Cape Fear River! I highly recommend. Christian was great to help us coordinate. Very happy!

  Peaceful Cruise With the Pups

  We had a wonderful time cruising the Cape Fear with our Jack Russell. Private Cape Fear River Tours isn’t just dog friendly; they're dog lovers.

  Christian and Brian were delightful hosts who made sure we were comfortable. They had great stories to tell about the area. They also knew a lot about the history of the area.

  It’s a great opportunity for people who enjoy photography or a laid back leisurely cruise down the river.

  We will book with them again soon.
