Audra State Park
Dog-friendly Audra State Park in Buckhannon, WV, is an ideal spot for families who enjoy outdoor recreation. This riverfront park offers picnicking, hiking opportunities, direct access to Middle Fork River, and tent & RV camping sites. Alum Creek and Cave Trail is an easy 2.7 mile nature trail which provides water access, scenic river views, photo opportunities, and wildlife viewing. Audra State Park’s 67 campsites are open April through mid-October. A campground store is stocked with camping supplies, snacks and souvenirs, bagged ice and firewood.
