    Tequesta Park Wonderful!

Winter season 2022 we rented a condo directly across from this lovely park--ball fields, tennis/pickle ball, 1 mile firm sand "heart trail walk" (take a few loops) and found the newly renovated 3-bay dog park. Never having had our mini Aussie doodle in a dog park, as she is quite used to running off trail or well healed on leash and is quite socialized--I gave it a go. The large fenced in bays were all shaded, clean and had running water access. Also a bench. Each bay was marked small/medium/large breed. All dog owners were respectful of this and many shared toys. One owner was honest and told me that her dogs were aggressive and to take a walk/allow her "boys" to run it out before entering or access the other empty bay (much appreciated). The heart-trail was a great feature and such a shaded treat during my lunch hour (I work remotely) for my pup to get a (shh off leash) run in at noon. We did two laps, rarely encountering anyone at that time of day. Combined with the Jupiter Dog beach--this is a great park to access for a dog needing exercise. Oh and dog poop bags and trash cans right on site. I never post but had to when I saw the OUTDATED review!

    Horrible

This park is not maintained, and the dog area is unusable and disgusting. There are also no trails. For dogs, this is not a good park. Should be flagged.
