    Wonderful except for:

My pups and I love this park!
    So why only 3 bones?

-There is NO pond for the little dogs! All they have is one of those cheap blue pools in the small dog area.

-The fences around the park need repairs, I saw a dog escape the small dog section through a hole in the gate.

-one gate is missing on the entrance to the wooded are. All the other areas have a double gate when entering.

-about half of the gates are chained closed this restricts entering areas easily, you need to walk a ways to bypass these gates.

-The lake is very low I assume because of the lack of rain.

-The driveway and parking lot are not kept up, there are a lot of holes some pretty deep. Drive carefully to protect your car.

    Now the good parts:
    -plenty of room to run
    -most of the dogs
    -the office staff is wonderful
-most of the people are very friendly

Perfect for a full day with your pup

I LOVE Dogwood! There is an entrance fee, I believe it is $10 but 100% worth it. You can enter between 9 and 5 without a membership. I have a small dog and have never had issues with him playing off leash with bigger dogs there, he has the time of his life. There is a huge football field for running, lake for swimming, trails, separate small dog area, and night time area. It is perfect if you’re looking to kill lots of time, I like to pack a lunch and hang out for a few hours. My only complaint is the road leading up to the park is full of potholes, drive slowly.

    Fabulous!

Private owned dog park with entry fee, but well worth the price! My pups met all but one friendly dog, which I blame the owner, not the park. The grounds were well maintained and had many bag/ trash stations as well as benches for humans. They also had a free pet wash station, or, if you wanted, for a nominal fee you had access to raised bath stations with ear cleaner, shampoo, conditioner, brush, and towels! My dogs and I had a fabulous time. We will return when we are back in town!

    Awesome spot

We drove from Hilton Head, SC to check out this park and it was worth the drive. Our year and half chocolate lab had so much fun! We will definitely be back.

    What A BLAST

We had the best time, & experience!
Both my dogs did very well their first time, enough space and clean!
We will definitely be back for sure !
My dogs lived their best life here for the day. I’m so glad we have a place in Jax for our animals to be themselves.

Such a great staff and very welcoming. This was my puppy’s first time here. Environment was pretty clean. They even have a grooming center to bathe your dog! Very convenient

    Great Dog Park

This was a welcome surprise on our road trip to Orlando. Our city pup loooved getting to run and play in a place so big. She had a blast! I have not seen any place like this. Agility equipment, lake and beach, woods and trails, welcoming staff. It was worth the $11 for guests passing through. Although i hear there are membership rates for locals. Awesome place. 4 bones because a local told us they have found a good amount of glass and trash. A quick word of warning for newbies to the park. If your dog does not have good recall you might want to leash them on the woods/trails side. Visibility is low once they are in the woods and while it is ALL fenced in, it is still a huge place. Beach/lake side is equally as large but very open so easy to see where all the pups go. So glad we found this place!
