Blue Mountain - Birch Cove Lakes Wilderness Area is a pet-friendly nature preserve in Timberlea, NS. This large wilderness area features a number of dog-friendly trails that weave around woodland and showcase the park's pretty lakes. Check out Fox Lake Trail for a moderate hike just over 2.5 miles in length. Or, for an easier hike, take on the Whicky-Whack Loop. This easy trail is just over a mile in length and also leads to a nice lake.
