Raleigh Municipal Rose Garden in Raleigh, NC is pet friendly. The gardens boast 60 rose beds featuring a diverse array of hybrid teas, floribundas, grandifloras, miniatures and antique roses. Surrounded by an arboretum of both evergreen and deciduous trees, it offers a picturesque setting for visitors and their pets. Roses are typically in bloom from mid-May thru mid-November. Dogs are welcome to explore as long as they're leashed and cleaned up after.
