South Lake and Lake Minneola Scenic Trail
South Lake and Lake Minneola Scenic Trail is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk Fido in Clermont! The map below shows a trailhead where you can pick up the South Lake and Lake Minneola Scenic Trail. this trail location is next to downtown which is super dog friendly. lots of people walking,cycling,running and etc with their pups. we love this location and it is well maintained. plenty of water fountains for you and puppers. plenty of pup trash bins and bags for you just in case you forget. honestly a great spot for the entire family
