Variety of scenery
Long paved path with a variety of scenery. Right alongside suncoast parkway highway in many spots. Depending on time & day of week there may be more bikers. Convenient for many housing developments to jump onto trail.

You do have to watch for bikes

Not a great place to walk dogs
This trail is really designed as a bike riding trail. The trail is narrow and designed for people walking and bikes going by--especially someone walking a dog. Leave this trail to the bicycles.
