    Nice to entertain doggy!

it is located In a community but has its own parking lot. You walk to the back where the designated fences are. Also has a small playground for kids, basketball court and restrooms! We went during the day and it was perfect!

    open to everyone & travelers

'nestled in neighborhood' I was worried about parking after reading its in a residential area but has its own little parking lot; It is a bit of a walk to the dog park. Spacious large & small play areas with benches. Sadly, not the cleanest, careful where you step! Supplies water & waste bags with a bathroom near by. I posted a few pic below

    Not a safe dog park!!

I used to take my dog to this dog park until I started going when some of the “regulars” started showing up with their large dogs. Particularly one man who owns two german shepards and would not control them. One would block both my dog and me while the second would flank me. I have to use a cane to walk and when I asked the man to control his dogs, he just looked at me briefly then started talking to some woman who also had a dog there. I finally threatened to call the police as his dog’s actions were not allowing me to move in another direction. It was only when i pulled out my phone, dialed the sheriff’s department and explained What was going on, that he finally gathered up his two dogs and left. Coincidentally, the woman called her dog and left at the same time. It is not a good place for a dog that just wants to run and play. There should be a law stating if your dogs act like the above mentioned person or the dog acts agressive then they should be required to immediately leave.

    not safe

The fencing is terrible. Large dogs can get under and in with smaller ones or loose. Not recommended.

    Nice park!!

There are two sides, one for smaller dogs, and one for larger dogs. Sometimes a person who may not be paying attn takes their small dog to the large dog side. This is of course the error of the owner, and not the dog. I saw complaints about other dogs and owners, however usually dogs work things out on their own, and if you are in the right place they usually do. The park is in a residential area, and seems fairly safe. A policeman told us an night it may be shady, but it appears fine during the day (when they are actually open). There appear to be the "regulars", and they seem adjusted, as well as their animals. As with any open are, I would keep an eye on my dog and make sure to walk them in without a leashe, otherwise you are asking for trouble. There are maybe ten spaces in which to park, and you may park outside the gate if necessary as its residential.

    Not so great anymore

I had been coming here since my dog was a small puppy - he is 9 months old now. Mostly, the regulars are great and mine gets along with all of them - mine is a submissive breed. The last few months have made it so I don't ever plan to bring him back because there are dog owners that allow their dogs to attack other dogs (mine included) and do nothing about it. They don't even get up to pull their dog off another dog much less leash them up and leave the park. Recently there was the same dog attacking mine during 2 separate visits, forcing me to have to leave. Its just not worth the drive anymore if I'm the one that has to leave when my dog isn't even aggressive and this happens way too often.

    Fine Park

This doggie park is fine. One side for small dogs and the other for larger dogs. Lots of grass and seating benches. It is very secluded, shady and good for throwing a ball for your pet. You will have to go to the rest rooms to get some water since there wasn't any available.
