Great hiking for humans & dogs

If your dog loves to hike, this place is the perfect stop. We met so many nice people along the way who offered ice and pets to our pooch. We have a dachshund, and he had trouble with a couple of the larger steps, but that didn't deter any of us from enjoying the hike. I'd definitely bring him here again.

    lots of fun

I brought my two German shepherd mixes to the park today and we had a blast! You park your car then walk to the right and there are trails you and your pup can walk through. There’s even a creek to let them splash around in. My dogs loved all the smells and the adventure. Great park.

    Beautiful

Beautiful park with wooded, hilly trails that run along the White River. Our pup loves splashing around in the shallow areas, climbing over tree trunks, small foot bidges, and up & down all of the different types of stairs. There's plenty to wear off all of her extra energy! Trails can be narrow in spots but, so far, all other dogs we've come across have been leashed and very well behaved. If possible it would be nice to see a few dog waste receptacles in the trails so I don't have to carry it back to the parking lot.
