High Line Canal Trail
The High Line Canal Trail at Blackmer Lake in Littleton, CO, is a 4 mile hike that will take about 1 to 2 hours to complete with Fido. This track of land was almost the retirement home of former President Eisenhower, but instead became the home of the Kent Denver Day School. The dog-friendly trail also serves as a maintenance road for the local animal control and the Denver Water Board.
