Saint Simons Island Beaches Dotted along St. Simons Island, GA, Saint Simons Island Beaches are dog friendly in accordance with Glynn County regulations. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, dogs are prohibited on the beaches from 9am-6pm. During allowable times and in non-summer months, dogs may be unleashed on the beach as long as they remain under the immediate control of the handler.
