Cedar Creek Dog Park Cedar Creek Dog Park is an ideal spot to bring Fido for social off-leash exercise in Belle Vernon, PA. The dog park has four fully-fenced areas; two allocated for small dogs and two for large dogs. The sections open on a rotating basis to allow for ground maintenance. Inside the dog park you will see water fountains, dog waste stations, and benches from which owners can watch their dogs at play.
