The main hub of the Schaeffer Farm Trail System can also be found within the park, extending into most of the upcounty area with lots of loops that link the Seneca, Muddy Branch, and Potomac watersheds. One of the main attractions of the park is the 90-acre Clopper Lake, surrounded by forests and fields. Dogs are welcome throughout the park on a leash if owners clean up any mess that they leave behind.
