W. Leroy Lewis Dog Park
W. Leroy Lewis Dog Park, previously Middle Smithfield Township Dog Park, is conveniently located right off of Route 209 in East Stroudsburg, PA. This beautiful, large park has separate sections for large and small dogs, a gravel walking path around the outside of the off-leash areas, shade trees, seating and 6' tall fences. A water spigot is located in the parking lot to provide water for the dogs. In the winter, the park is home to the Township’s temporary ice rink for skating.

Nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains region and conveniently located off of Interstate 80, the venue features over 100 brand-name and designer outlet stores. Fido is welcome on sidewalks throughout the dog-friendly outdoor areas. Although dogs are not permitted in the food court, they are welcome at outdoor tables at Barley Creek Tasting Room & Pub. Dogs must be leashed or crated at all times. Please note that most of the shops do not permit dogs inside so be sure to ask permission first before bringing Fido in.
