W. Leroy Lewis Dog Park W. Leroy Lewis Dog Park, previously Middle Smithfield Township Dog Park, is conveniently located right off of Route 209 in East Stroudsburg, PA. This beautiful, large park has separate sections for large and small dogs, a gravel walking path around the outside of the off-leash areas, shade trees, seating and 6' tall fences. A water spigot is located in the parking lot to provide water for the dogs. In the winter, the park is home to the Township’s temporary ice rink for skating. See Details
