Trans-Siberian Railway Network The Trans-Siberian Railway Network is pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome on board the most famous train journey in the world from the east to west of Russia. Pets must remain inside carriers for the duration of the journey. Carriers shouldn't exceed 180 cm in total and must be stored in the space reserved for hand luggage inside the cabin. Two animals are permitted per passenger, as long as they don’t take up more room than one item of luggage. Relevant vaccination documents must be brought to purchase tickets at the train station. Pet Friendly Laika Monument
Laika Monument Laika Monument is pet-friendly. The Russian pup known as Laika is the first animal to completely orbit the Earth from space. This monument commemorates the brave dog and was finally installed near a Moscow military facility in 2008. Dogs are welcome to stare in astonishment at a true canine hero from the history books.
