Work & Woof Work & Woof is a dog-friendly co-working space in Austin, Texas. One of the hardest parts of the day is leaving Fido at home while you head into work. You try to avoid their sullen glance as you close the door behind you, leaving them to fend for themselves for hours and hours. Wouldn't it be great if you could take Fido with you to work? Well, with Work and Woof you can do that and more. This innovative co-working environment allows dogs and their owners to work together. It can be a little distracting having your pooch yap at you while you're trying to crunch those numbers, so the folks at Work and Woof also offer doggy daycare to everybody from day users to monthly members. The amenities that they provide include Google Fiber, a kitchen, private phone booths, a number of free drinks, permanent desks, open seating, filing cabinets, and private offices if needed. The fees vary: a day pass is $30; 5 day pass is $125; 10 day pass is $200; hot desk membership is $400 a month; dedicated desk is $475 a month; and private offices are between $550-650 a month. Even if you're not using the co-working space, doggy day care is available for a competitive price if you don't want to leave Fido at home all day. You can access the co-working space every day of the week, but Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm is the designated time set aside for a quieter working environment. On weekends, the building opens its doors to dogs and their owners who are looking to enjoy the 10,000 square foot indoor and outdoor play space. The indoor space is 4,000 square foot and is full of toys, beds, and lots of space for pups to socialize. The outdoor area has picnic tables for humans to rest their legs while their pups get some exercise. The fee for entry into the park is $8 for a day or you can buy a monthly pass for $45. The play park is open Saturday to Sunday from 10am to 7pm.
