Tonto National Monument Fido can join you at the dog-friendly Tonto National Monument in Roosevelt, AZ. Dogs are allowed in the parking lot, the picnic area, and on the Lower Cliff Dwelling trail and the Cactus Patch Trail. Fido must stay leashed at all times during your visit. Blue Mesa Road may only be a three mile loop, but you'll want to take your time with this one.
