At over 2.5 acres, this park is fully fenced with separate entrances and areas for small and large dogs. Watering stations, benches, and mutt mitt dispensers are also on site. Dogs should be kept on leashes until they enter the play area, and owners must pick up after their pets. After heavy rainfall, the park may be closed to allow the turf to dry. This 2.5 acre, off leash dog park is a great place for your pet to make friends. The park is fully fenced and has separate areas for small and large dogs. Each area has benches, trees, water fountains, waste and waste bag dispensers. Includes water fountains, separate small dog area, waste bags, and shade trees. This park is also ADA accessible. RJ Dog Park at Pecos Park

Named for a police dog that died in the line of duty, RJ Dog Park is a fantastic place for your dog to play off leash. This fully fenced dog park offers a total of 2 grassy acres divided into separately fenced areas for small and large dogs. There are also shaded areas and water fountains in both areas of the park. The Steele Indian School Dog Park is an off-leash dog park where both large and small dogs can enjoy some off-leash playtime. The park offers separate areas for large and small dogs as well as ADA compliant double-gated entrances and pathways and chilled drinking fountains. This wonderful dog park has separate areas for passive dogs and active dogs, no matter what their size. This 4-acre dog park has 3 acres of grass, water fountains, play features, and seating. Dog owners are welcome to bring chairs, too, as long as they take them with them when leaving.

Snedigar Sportsplex Dog Park

Cosmo Dog Park

Cosmo Dog Park has three sections: one area for small or timid dogs, one area with agility equipment, and one area with a pond and "beach" that dogs can enjoy. Water hoses are available for cleaning up your pup after her romp. Off-leash areas (active, beach, and timid) are closed for maintenance every Tuesday from 5:30 am-12:00 pm.

Vista del Camino Dog Park

Features include a large shade structure, human and canine water fountains, and a water feature to control the dust. The park is prone to flooding after rain. The dog park is closed Thursdays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm for maintenance.

Signs at the park provide direction as to which side is ‘open.’ Each side provides separate areas for large and small dogs that include: grass, shade, water, and benches. An agility course is available within the east side area.

The Dog Park is a 3-acre fenced facility that allows pet owners the opportunity to let their dogs run free. Dogs must be licensed and have proper vaccinations. The Dog Park is divided into two fenced areas, one for larger dogs and the other for smaller canines. The large / active dog area can be accessed from entrances on either Tower Drive or Desert Vista. The small / passive dog area can only be accessed from Tower Drive.

Stroll through the 2,000 square foot butterfly garden, (created as a Girl Scout Gold Award project by a lifetime Chandler resident) featuring over forty different plant species. The garden is a Monarch way station, where Monarch butterflies come to breed and eat, and it has many informational signs throughout about the lifecycle of a butterfly. The human children can play on the 2.5 acre playground and picnic area, Playtopia, while the parents set up a picnic meal for the whole family to enjoy.

Xeriscape Garden at Chaparral Park

Take a walk through Xeriscape Garden in Scottsdale, Arizona, to learn about plants that grow well in Arizona, as well as how to reduce water usage while still keeping plants healthy in a desert environment. The garden is a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat, with over 7,000 plants coming from over 200 individual species on display.
