Southbury Dog Park Southbury Dog Park is a 14-acre, off-leash dog park that welcomes all people and dogs. The entrance is through the O & G Industries' entrance and is on the company's land. It has a fenced-in small-dog area, a huge open field, a beautiful and accessible river, two wooded trails, tables and benches, and plenty of poopy bags. Owners can bring their dogs to enjoy the company of other dogs, to play a game of fetch, or go for a dip in the stream. It is an off-leash area for dogs, but it's not completely fenced in. New Milford (Candlewoof) Dog Park The New Milford Dog Park is a lovely fenced in park, nestled in the southwest corner of Petibone's Elementary school field.

The park area has two seperate fenced in parks, one park for small dogs, and the other for the larger breeds. An agility course can be found in the large dog section as well. But that's not all, both parks are equipped with free "Poopy Bags", conveniently stationed throughout the park areas.

The park is maintained by New Milford Dog Park volunteers. We hope you'll come visit, enjoy the park, and perhaps consider becoming a New Milford Dog Park.

Located at Veterans Memorial Park, the new bigger location has been lovingly transformed into two separate fenced areas for large and small dogs. Each area is equipped with running water for rehydrating after intense games of fetch, an enticing fire hydrant and two tunnels for crawling through and leaping over. Unleash Fido in the completely fenced area and watch him play on over an acre of property all to yourself or invite your friends and your pets friends to join! A fresh bucket of water and poop bags are provided. The first time fee for entry into the park is $5. For everyone's safety, they do require proof of vaccines.
