There's plenty of room for your pet to run in this large, designated off-leash area, which includes mowed trails and fields. Bring water, and be careful as the area is not fenced.

Elm Creek Park Reserve
Elm Creek Park Reserve in Maple Grove is a 4,900-acre, dog-friendly recreation area. Being the largest park in Three Rivers, amenities include a Winter Recreation Area, Eastman Nature Center, an off-leash dog area, a disc golf course, hiking and biking trails, a swimming pond, mountain biking, camping cabins and much more. Be on the lookout for wildlife such as eagles, sandhill cranes, deer, bluebirds, beavers, loons, trumpeter swans and hawks. Fido must be leashed except when playing in the off-leash dog exercise area. Special events are held throughout the year; check their website for the current schedule.

Lions Park
Lions Park is dog-friendly. You can walk on the pathways with your leashed pup, as long as all mess is cleaned up after them. Lions Park in Chaska features a playground with separate toddler area, ball fields, tennis courts, volleyball, shelter, rest rooms and picnic tables. There's also an ice Rink in the Winter.

Bde Maka Ska is a pet-friendly trail. This easy dog walk is a great place to hang out with your pooch. The main feature is the lake, formerly known as Lake Calhoun. Dogs must be kept on a leash around the lake and all mess should be cleaned up after them. The trail is open 6am to midnight in developed areas and
6am to 10pm in undeveloped areas.
