Lakepoint State Park Picturesque Lakepoint State Park is located on the banks of the 45,000-acre Lake Eufaula, also known as "The Bass Capital of the World." Lakepoint offers a variety of amenities such as a full-service restaurant and lounge, marina, hiking trails, modern campground, swimming complex, tennis courts, and playgrounds. Hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, wildlife and bird watching, camping, dining, swimming pool, and picnic areas and playgrounds. Dogs are welcome in most parks as long as the dog is on a leash. Bike and horseback riding trails may not allow dogs for safety reasons. Dogs are not allowed in stores, food service areas, bathhouse, pool or swimming areas.
