Description
Come one, come all and bring your dog, too. The first annual Dogapalooza Festival at Lynchburg Dog Park on Oct. 12, 2013 from 10-2 (rain date Oct. 13, noon -4). There will be training and grooming demonstrations, a K9 Biscuit Bake Off, loads of doggie fun - costume competition, hotdog dunk, musical mats, Simon says, Best Dog Trick and Most Wiggly Butt. And, as a treat to our dog show enthusiasts a chance to learn about Rally Obedience with a Rally Novice competition.
You'll also have a great dog-centric shopping experience with vendors of doggie stuff, doggie services and even a kid's craft table constructing a doggie toy. Pok-e-Joes will be there selling their fantastic barbeque and there'll even be great home-made treats for dogs by Peoplefood for Dogs. And, don't pass up the K9 Kissing booth, where super sweet K9s spread their love all to benefit the Lynchburg Dog Park.
