This dog friendly event will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on October 24, 2009 at Dog Costume Party in Kitty Hawk, NC. Sponsored by Salty Paws Biscuits. Admission is $5 per dog max $15 per family and benefits Coastal Humane Society.
