This annual dog friendly event will be held from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on October 15, 2016 at Kern County Fairgrounds in Bakersfield, CA. Sponsored by Tobyas non-profit organization. Admission is FREE and benefits rescue pets.

Free event with adoptable animals, and activities for the whole family! There are many pet contest and a Chihuahua race so come with your pets and join in the fun.
