A collaboration between Waukegan Animals Getting Saved (501c3) and Waukegan Arts District (501c3) to support animal welfare and pet-friendly tourism through the installation of pet-friendly services and amenities throughout Waukegan, IL
Raffle begins September 22, 2016. Winners will be announced at Waukegan Scoop 2017 in Downtown Waukegan, IL.
