3rd Annual Animal Behavior, Training and Health Seminar

The seminar features live education animals inside the center’s unique facility—a 10,000 sq. ft. former greenhouse, converted into a free-flight animal enrichment & educational center. Attendees will learn about some of the animal behavior, training and health issues that can present during the life of the animal—whether it lives on land, in the air, or in the water. This event is expected to gain both national and international attention, and features speakers such as: Dr. Jason Crean, Diana Nichols, Joel Vidovic, Dr. Todd Driggers, Bonnie Zimmerman and Lara Joseph, owner and founder of The Animal Behavior Center. Speakers include the director of the Indonesian Parrot Project, a certified behavior consultant and trainer, researchers, a distinguished veterinarian and surgeon, aviculturists, educators, a zoo consultant, and experts in Applied Behavior Analysis. “Our mission at The Animal Behavior Center is to provide an international education center focused on strengthening the relationship through positive reinforcement and applications in behavior analysis”, says Lara Joseph. The Animal Behavior Center is an international educational facility dedicated to using applied behavior analysis to educate animal caregivers on how to strengthen the human/animal bond with positive reinforcement, while eliminating the need for force or punishment.
