DHA's 20th Annual Walk for the Animals

Come share the peace, love and yappiness at Woofstock as we host our 20th Annual Walk for the Animals – a real reason to celebrate. Join in the fun and wear your best tie dye, headband, love beads, and granny glasses, all for a great cause. It’ll be groovy! DHA's 20th Annual Walk for the Animals will be taking place on Sunday, October 3rd at Banning Park in Wilmington. This year's theme is "Woofstock: Peace, Love and Yappiness". Bring your dog(s), family, and friends to help support the animals at our biggest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds from the Walk support DHA's mission as it is carried out throughout the tri-state area. Walk as an individual, or gather your friends, family and coworkers to form a team! Prizes will be awarded to the top fundraisers at an awards ceremony at the DHA shelter on Wednesday, October 6th during Playtime at DHA. Vendors with animal-related items, rescue groups, and other pet related services will also be on hand.
