Come on out and join us for the Evergreen Animal Protective League's 6th annual OktoberPets fundraiser. This year's event will be held on Friday night, Sept. 10 at the Elk's Lodge in Evergreen. This community fundraising event includes a German-style buffet dinner, live music, and live and silent auctions. The auction items range from haircuts to gift certificates to shops and dining, sports events, golf packages, vacation home getaways and much, much more.
For the last 30 years, the Evergreen Animal Protective League (EAPL), with 100% volunteers, has rescued and cared for lost, abandoned and injured animals, mostly dogs and cats, from our mountain communities. For more details go to www.eapl.com or call
