This dog friendly event will be held from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on April 5, 2026 at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach, FL. Sponsored by Brevard Humane Society and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Admission is $5 Beach Access for Dogs and $10 Cash Parking, and benefits Brevard Humane Society.

Description
Furry contenders from across the county will sport life jackets and have just 10 minutes each to showcase their best Kelly Slater impression before being judged on their confidence level, length of ride, and wave-riding ability. Pre-registrations are strongly encouraged and all dogs must have proof of vaccinations! There will be numerous activities throughout the day including dog surfing lessons, a dog Easter outfit contest, and a doggy bikini contest. Dogs are also welcome at Wags & Waves Dog Surfing Pre-Event Party, the day before for pre-festival fun.
